Rihanna will have to testify in the Chris Brown felony assault and making criminal threats case after all! Shortly after a scheduled hearing Thursday, Rihanna’s attorney Donald Etra confirmed that his client was indeed ordered to appear in court next month. “The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing,” Etra told reporters outside the courtroom. “She will definitely comply,” Etra went on to say after addressing a June 22 preliminary hearing.
