R&B singer Jamie Foxx is reportedly being sued by a man he hired for bartending duties at a 2007 event he hosted. According to TMZ.com, William Presler alleges he was hired to serve drinks at a bar made entirely of ice as part of a Vodka display for Foxx’s party at Hollywood nightclub Social. Filed this week in L.A. County Superior Court, Presler claims drunk patrons dropped their drinks around the bar, shattering broken glass everywhere. He says he tried to pick up the pieces, but was told to leave them alone by the manager, who Presler says opted to kick the glass along the side of the ice bar instead. As the party was rapping, Presler says he slipped, fell and landed on the shattered glass, severely injuring himself. He needed 170 stitches to repair the damage to the severed nerves in his left hand. Presler, who says he has a neuroscience degree, claims the damage in his left hand has forced him to abandon his quest to become a brain surgeon. Looks like just another pay day to us!
