Gordon Chambers Eyes Summer For ‘Love Stories’ Follow Up

Grammy Award-winning songwriter/recording artist Gordon Chambers is readying the release of his third album, Singersroom has learned exclusively. Chambers, known widely as the songwriter behind hits from Anita Baker, Brownstone, Whitney Houston and recently Karina Pasian, has an eye on a summer 2009 release for his next effort. A follow-up to the 2007 effort “Love Stories,” featuring the single “To Love Again” feat. Ledisi, Chambers’ third effort comes on the heels of a recent Grammy nod for the songwriter’s work on Karina Pasian’s Def Jam debut “First Love”. Speaking with Singersroom last year, Chambers said “We’re going to be putting together a new relaunched version which will be sort of a combination of the best songs from my two albums (“Introducing Gordon Chambers,” “Love Stories”) and some new songs.” Gordon Chambers made his solo recording debut with the 2005 released “Introducing Gordon Chambers” featuring “I’ll Miss You Most”.
