Just minutes after Chris Brown’s anticipated arraignment, Donald Etra, Rihanna’s attorney says the singer may testify ! Speaking with Entertainment Tonight reporters, Etra said “If required to testify she will testify.” Etra, who reportedly told officials that Rihanna was not in need of a ‘no contact order,’ went on to say “Rihanna opposed that”. As previously reported, Rihanna does have a level one order. According to officials a level one protective order says Brown is not to annoy, molest or harass the “Take A Bow” singer, words were echoed by the presiding judge Thursday. Brown, while in court Thursday, was asked if he understood the order and responded “yes ma’am”.
