LAPD D.A. Seeks Felony Evidence In Chris Brown Case, Up To Attempted Murder

R&B singer Chris Brown is reportedly facing more heat than previously thought. In a recent statement issued through E!, LAPD sources are claiming that Chris Brown may be facing up to three felony charges on top of his already investigated ‘criminal threats’ charge. Sources say Brown, who is currently the subject of an ongoing investigation, could face ‘Assault resulting in great bodily injury;’ domestic violence, and even attempted murder. While the later of the three, attempted murder, has been mentioned, investigators are said to be having a tough time proving the case since Brown and Rihanna are the only people who really know what happened the night of February 8th. In a statement issued, Sunday, Feb. 15, Brown said he was “sorry” and “saddened” over what transpired. The “Forever” singer remains free on $50,000 bail and is due in court next month.
