Rihanna’s father has come forward nearly 24 hours after Chris Brown’s biological father told the world that his son was ‘remorseful.’ Speaking with PEOPLE, the “Take A Bow” singer’s father says “There is some bruising. She will be all right.” In addition to revealing the fact that his daughter is home with family, Fenty says “At some point, she will speak out. I hope she will stand up for women all over the world.” Since Sunday, Rihanna has been mum to say the least. The chart-topping CoverGirl canceled a series of shows including a much-talked-about Malaysian concert over the weekend and rumored birthday bash planned for next week. As for her contract with Cover Girl, the cosmetics giant says they have Rihanna’s best interests at heart and have no plans to suspend their relationship.
