Taylor Swift continues to hold the no.1 spot on The Billboard 200. According to Nielsen SoundScan, Swift’s “Fearless” moved 63,000 copies in the United States, just experiencing a 1% drop in sales since last week. Not far behind, Beyonce’s “I Am… Sasha Fierce” remained at no.2 on the strength of 51, 000 copies sold. Other notable numbers on this week’s chart include Jamie Foxx’s “Intuition,” which ends up at no.8 on the chart with 30,000 copies moved and Britney Spears’ “Circus,” which moved 31, 000 copies, placing it at no.7. Mariah Carey’s “Ballads”, a compilation of the singer’s ballads, ends up being the week’s highest debut. Landing at no.10, Carey’s “Ballads” moved 29,000 copies.
