Known to some as BET “Wild Out Wednesday” winners, R&B group Butta Creame is ready to step up to the mic with a new recording deal. Butta Creame, billed as “The New Tomboys on the Scene!,” signed a deal with Diamond Blue Smith of Bluestar Records (also home to Pretty Ricky). According to Bluestar, Butta Creame, previously known as Sweet Dreams, includes Joann Cuffee (“Buttafly”), Amber Lewis (“Hot Butta”), Alisa Mullins (“Butta Baby”), and Kenya Small (“Cocoa Butta”). Butta Creame, signed just after their appearance at BET’s Blaze the Stage, where they caught the attention of Diamond Blue, can be heard on Missy Elliott & Rick Ross’ “So Confused” and the single “Cuddle Up”. Butta Creame’s debut is currently being produced by Music Royale Productions, the group behind the success of Pretty Ricky and a buzz track titled “Sugar Daddy,” featuring Diamond Blue formally known as Baby Blue.
