Britney Spears’ controversial new single “If You Seek Amy” is being renamed for radio according to published reports. Spears’ renaming of the single comes after the singer received word that “If You Seek Amy” would be banned by some radio stations if it was not adjusted. Unlike some recording stars who re-cut a single completely, Spears made just a few minor adjustments, specifically focusing on the line “all the boys and girls are begging to if you seek Amy”. That particular line will now read “all the boys and girls are begging to see Amy”. Radio stations, realizing the underlying message of the song, are reportedly happier with the title “If You See Amy”. While Spears has not come forward to describe the actual meaning, fans have claimed the song’s title refers to the phrase F*** M*… “If You See Amy” becomes Spears’ third single from her now Platinum-certified album “Circus”.
