According to Australian news sources, international R&B star Rihanna was rushed to the hospital earlier today after collapsing at a concert. During a performance of “Umbrella/Cinderella” with Chris Brown, Rihanna reportedly became ill and collapsed just after running off stage. (Video Below) Concert attendees said Brown finished the song and ran to the “Disturbia” singer’s side before they were rushed to the hospital. Update: A rep for Rihanna issued a statement Friday afternoon stating the singer is “perfectly healthy” and expects resume her tour Sunday. Rihanna reportedly ran off stage and collapsed after holding her stomach briefly during a performance with Brown. “It was very hot at the venue, so after Rihanna’s set was over, she went offstage to catch her breath and have some water,” a rep told MTV News.
