Pop sensation and MTV Video Music Award winner Britney Spears is set to discuss the last few years of her life in an exclusive ‘sit down’ with MTV next month. “I’ve been through a lot and there’s a lot that people don’t know” says Spears who is expected to touch on the loneliness of celebrity life in the program, set to air on Nov. 30. In a teaser for the documentary, Spears reflects on the media ‘circus’ and drama that has plagued her over the past few years. “I sit there and I look back and I’m like, ‘I’m a smart person. What the hell was I thinking?” she says. Speaking of living life in the public eye, the singer adds: “I’m kind of stuck in this place and it’s like, how do you deal? And you just cope, and that’s what I do. I just cope with it, every day.” Spears is also expected to talk about her stay in a psychiatric facility and the custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. Her sixth studio album, Circus, is due to be released December 2
