R&B group Pretty Ricky has reportedly shelved plans to release its new album “Eighties Babies” this month, instead opting for an October release. Originally due for release in August, Pretty Ricky’s third studio album “Eighties Babies” is now set for release October 14th. The album, a follow up to the R&B/Hip Hop group’s hit album “Late Night Special” which spawned the hits “Love Like Honey,” “On The Hotline” and “Push It Baby” features “Cuddle Up” and their latest single “Knockin’ Boots.” The later of the two “Knockin Boots” becomes the first of classic remakes that the group looks forward to placing on each album in the future. âWe will record others songs that people love and give them the Pretty Ricky touch. We want to pay homage to artists who were holding it down. We want our fans to remember where they were when they first heard our songs.â Fans are now able to pre-order Pretty Ricky’s new album through online retailers. Pretty Ricky’s “Eighties Babies” is due October 14th via Bluestar/Atlantic
