Jennifer Lopez landed her second major film role since giving birth to twins Max and Emme this week. The singer/actress who is also training for a triathlon, will portray a nanny in ‘The Governess.’ According to Variety, the film which was co-written by Kevin Wade, who also penned J. Lo’s 2002 hit “Maid In Manhattan,” centers on a professional thief (Jennifer Lopez) who, in order to pull off a major bank heist, poses as a nanny to the three unruly children of a wealthy widower. But, when she starts to fall for the kids and their father, she must decide if she can give up her past for a chance to start over. Filming gets underway later this year in Massachussetts. “The Governess” is expected to hit theaters late next year. In related news, Jennifer Lopez has reportedly set her sights on participating in a triathlon by the end of the year. Working with long-time trainer Gunnar Peterson, Lopez has been on a strict fitness regimen that includes swimming, cycling and running with the hopes of participating this fall. “The workouts change daily, depending on the day, the time and the freedom. She’s going to get it done because she wants to” Gunnar told Ok! Magazine.
