If you havenât noticed, baby photos are hot right now. According to a recent Access Hollywood story over $31 million has been spent over the last two years for exclusive photos of some of Hollywoodâs latest âbundles of joy.â The first pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pittâs twins are worth more than $11 million, which landed the coupleâs newborns at the top of the shows top 10 list. Although some are speculating a jaw dropping $15 to $20 million in profit, the couple is reportedly donating any funds received to charity. Who can top that? The remainder of the âPaid Baby Listâ has received âchump changeâ in comparison to Jolieâs twins. Access Hollywood says Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthonyâs twins Max and Emme who covered People in March 2008 fetched $6 million, putting the twins at no. 2 on the list above pop singer Christina Aguilera who also made the list with her newborn Max. Those photos scored Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman $1.5 million as the wee one posed for his close up featured on the February 2008 cover of People. The remainder of the top 10 includes Jolie and Pittâs first child Shiloh, actor Matthew McConaugheyâs newborn Levi and actress Jessica Albaâs Honor Marie who according to TMZ picked up $1.5 million with OK! Magazine. Then there was one who said ânoâ! Although a few entertainers have followed the trend over the past year or so, Usher who recently revealed his âlittle oneâ Usher Raymond V in Essence Magazine refused to sell his baby photos for some extra cash. Back in May the singer told the New York Post, “In no way would I ever pimp out my child for money. I am livid that people talk about my child.â “What makes you a man more than being a father to your child? I recognize I gave anonymity away when I became an artist, but to have people try to paint a horrible picture of what’s so beautiful – it’s obvious someone is trying to stop something so beautiful.” â By the way Usher posed for free in Essence. Would you sell your baby photos for the right price?
