The Pussycat Dolls are taking their âDoll Dominationâ international within the next month. The group who is currently enjoying success with their new single âWhen I Grow Upâ in the U.S. will perform for the first time in Asia at the MTV Asia Awards 2008 on August 2nd. Joining previously announced artists including Jabbawockeez, Leona Lewis, and One Republic âthe dollsâ are expected to take the stage in Genting, Malaysia for the MTV Asia celebration of music. In related news, The Pussycat Dolls are hot in Australia now. âWhen I Grow Upâ jumped eighteen spots on the Australian singles chart last week (26-8) and this week sits just above Rihannaâs hit âTake A Bowâ and Chris Brownâs single âForeverâ at no.3. Portions of the MTV Asia Awards 2008 will be carried on MTV channels worldwide. The Pussycat Dolls are slated to release their sophomore effort âDoll Dominationâ September 16th.
