After a strong demand from other cities for her upcoming North American tour, R&B Legend Tina Turner has added more shows to the itinerary. The initial round of concerts went on sale May 10 and the launch date–Oct. 1 in Kansas City, MO–sold out in two minutes. More performances were added last week and now, second nights have been added in San Jose, CA; Newark, NJ; and Uniondale, NY, while a third gig was tacked on in the Los Angeles area. The updated North American itinerary includes 28 shows across the U.S. and into Canada through mid-December. Turner also has plans to launch a European outing early next year. The trek is expected to feature a major production to complement hits spanning her four-decade career.
