Former Roc-A-Fella Princess Teairra Mari Preps Sophomore Album

The former princess of Roc-A-Fella records, Teairra Mari, is resurrecting her career with a second album on Interscope Records after departing ways with Jay-z. Her debut single “Make Her Feel Good,” which became a huge hit on the recording charts on the 2005 ‘Roc-A-Fella Presents: Teairra Mari’ album, sold 69,000 copies on its first week. The success was followed by the low climbing second single “No Daddy” which failed to climbed up the charts. Teairra Mari is currently working on her second album to be released this fall and has stated she is in the studio working with producers such as Timbaland, Bryan Michael Cox, Scott Storch, Polow Da Don, Kanye West, Solange and others. Teairra also just finished wrapping up her first film called Doorman in which she co-stars with Jackie Long, which will be out soon. She will also make an appearance on J-Kwon next album.
