What’ Poppin: Chrisette Michele Sues, T.I. vs T.I.P For Real, Stack Bundles Killer Nabbed

R&B/Soul singer Chrisette Michele is suing her management company Four Kings Productions, accusing them of embezzling money from her Def Jam recording contract. The If I Have My Way star, 24, has filed a lawsuit in New York County Court, accusing Four Kings Productions C.E.O. Douglass ‘Biggs’ Ellison of breaching their contract, according to a source close to Singersroom. Michele released her debut album ‘I Am’ last month (Jun07) and has been featured on Jay-Z’s “Lost Ones” and Nas’ “Can’t Forget About You.” T.I.’s alter-ego T.I.P is at again. The Atlanta recording artist attacked a fan during his performance at an ESPY Awards pre-party in Los Angeles. The fan allegedly tossed a cup at T.I.P, and the rapper responded by diving into the crowd and slugging the fan with his microphone before he was escorted out of the venue. The hip-hop star – real name Clifford Harris – was playing to a crowd of celebrities, including Hilary Duff and socialite Brody Jenner at the Roosevelt Hotel. Just last month got into a scuffle with Ludacris’ manager at a pre-BET Awards brunch. A suspect in the shooting of two New York City police officers was fingered by an informant as the shooter in the killing of Jim Jones associate Stack Bundles last month, police confirmed to MTV News on Thursday morning (July 12). According to New York’s Daily News, Lee Woods, 29, was arrested by authorities as the getaway driver in Monday’s cop shootings in Brooklyn, along with Dexter Bostick and Robert Ellis. The officers were shot at about 2:30 a.m. in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn when they pulled over a black BMW SUV with license plates belonging to another car. A security video captured the shooting, and another video showed three men on foot, believed to be the suspects, running into a driveway after seeing a patrol car approach.
