Gabourey Sidibe Joins Lee Daniels’ Hip Hop Drama Pilot ‘Empire’
by Gabourey Sidibe has been cast for Lee Daniels’ upcoming hip-hop industry drama “Empire.” Produced by Lee, Danny Strong and Brian Grazer, the pilot will see Sidibe portraying Becky, a hard working assistant to Terrence Howard’s character, Lucious.
