Twenty-six-year-old Latin-American soul artist Tommy Francisco steps onto the scene with his new single, “Lie Down.”
The piano-led ballad introduces Tommy’s unique vocal tone to the world as he croons about re-living special moments with a lover.
“I wish that we could just go back to the old days / When love was all we had, those times I made you laugh, no one could take it from us,” he sings on the second verse.
“I’m about giving listeners music that relates to the human condition,” Tommy explains.

Forced to grow up in a single parent home, Tommy’s years consisted of the daily grind of survival in East Austin, TX’s highest crime ridden area, low-income living, and plenty of temptations of the darker lifestyle. His mother enlightened him early in his childhood to creatively express himself through the arts and gave him a foundation of spiritually in a higher power. This move created an escape route for Tommy rather than just becoming another product of his environment as the majority of kids from his neighborhood.
Some of Tommy’s influences include Sade, Bill Withers, Santana, Pharrell, Garth Brooks, Coldplay, Tank, Al Green, Michael McDonald, Bob Marley, the Beatles, Kenneth “BabyFace” Edmonds, Prince and Lenny Kravitz.
