Amber-Simone returns to the spotlight with her first solo single of 2016, the sultry and seductive single “Body Talk.”
On the song, the 19-year-old toys with temptation and showcases her new found confidence, incorporating a fusion of electric guitar-laced R&B production with her signature androgynous vocals.
About the song, Amber-Simone revealed, “‘Body Talk’ is all about embracing control and sexuality. It is my take on the sonics of temptation and this is why the visual element for the track was so imperative. The artwork reflects the story of Adam and Eve, tying into ‘Body Talk’ through the constant themes of lust and temptation.”
Amber-Simone has been steadily paving her way through the industry. After having played to sold out crowds at Birthdays, XOYO and Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Amber-Simone was then invited by John Legend to join him on his multi city UK arena tour. Following the success of the tour, Amber-Simone signed to Universal Music Publishing and is currently working on her forthcoming EP due for release late 2016.
