Las Vegas-native JR Castro has teamed up with Los Angeles-based DJ Carisma to create a mixtape entitled Songs You Were Made To, a project of classic R&B covers that many people were probably conceived to, all the tracks produced by Grammy-nominated producers, The Audibles.
This week’s track off the #Made2Mondays series is a cover of Al B. Sure!’s “Oooh This Love is So” feat Goldiie. Castro’s version keeps the original essence of the original, while The Audibles adds lush production and singer-songwriter Goldiie contributes pretty background vocals.
