Brampton, Ontario R&B singer Raahiem has been making a name for himself on the Toronto music scene quietly over the past couple years.
His nostalgic-yet-trendy sound is displayed perfectly on his debut single “Fear.” Produced by Brammah & Raahiem, the track is the perfect “nice guy who finishes last” story, the under-appreciated guy and the damaged woman who’s apprehensive to fall for him.
“I wanna be the one to give you love, what are you afraid of?” he asks in the song, which soothingly glides along in a state of sonic bliss; it only gets better with the guitar solo towards the final quarter.
