After leaving RocNation, Bridget Kelly is on her indie grind and back on the scene with new music for the summer. Today, she releases the fun single, "Act Like That," featuring fellow New Yorker Mack Wilds.
Over the funky track, Bridget teases her love interest: "I know you only want me cuz its’ June / If it wasn’t for these pum pum shorts, you’d hate my attitude,” she sings. Mack Wilds enters the song with both flows and vocals, answering as her flirting partner.
About the single, Bridget says,"Flirting is a competition for me, so I love to go back and forth with a guy I like. We both have egos, so sometimes I'll front but I always come back. I know what I want, so I enjoy the thrill of the chase, and my ideal boo does too!"
The track is from her new EP, Summer of 17, which will be available for purchase Wednesday August 5th on iTunes. Bridget will also hit the road on her "Summer of 17" Promo Tour On August 8th In DC At The U Street Music Hall.
