R&B veteran Ashanti Finally drops off the much-anticipated music video for her latest single, “Say Less.” The visual spotlights her feeling towards people who run their mouth about her without knowing all the details.
The Noyz & LT Hutton directed clip opens with words from Ashanti, which includes the quote, “It’s amazing to me that people don’t even care about finding out the truth, they’d rather just run with the lie.”
The video then transitions to Ashanti enjoying her high-fashion, luxurious lifestyle in a mansion. She blows off steam and gossip by hanging with her girls while sipping on Ciroc. Dolla $ign compliments Ashanti with his braggadocious swag.
“Say Less” is the first single from the GRAMMY Award-winning, multi-platinum singer/songwriter’s forthcoming album, set for release later this year via her label Written Entertainment. The project will include contributions from DJ Mustard, Metro Boomin, Tory Lanez, LT Hutton, Swae Lee and J Balvin.

Ashanti is set to appear on NBC’s “Steve,” hosted by Steve Harvey, on June 4th and on VH1’s Ru Paul’s Drag Race in early June. She filmed a CBS series pilot entitled “Murder” on March 29 in New York City.
