Los Angeles based singer-songwriter Niia taps rapper Boogie for the remix of her single, “California.”
In the Bradley Soileau-directed video, Niia and Boogie are seen riding around California reflecting on all that they’ve given to their now broken relationships. The original track was featured on Niia’s debut album, I, released in 2017.
“California” follows Niia’s Jazmine Sullivan assisted single, “Sideline,” which was also a remix as the original was found on I with Jazmine’s lyrics being added as a bonus.
Niia is gearing up to open up for Montreal singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin for a 15-city trek. The tour kicks off next month on April 13th in Niia’s hometown of Boston, MA. The duo will then hit Philly, St. Louis, San Francisco, and Los Angeles before closing things out on May 5th in San Diego at Soda Bar.
