R&B veteran Bobby V follows up the success of his Snoop Dogg-assisted single, ‘Lil Bit,’ by releasing his seventh studio album, ‘Electrik.’ On the 13-song effort, the singer, songwriter, and musician continue to push the R&B envelope by releasing an authentic body of work.
“What a blessing to still be dropping albums after all these years!,” Bobby wrote on Instagram. “Everyday is like a dream regardless of the good & bad that comes with it!”
He also shared, “I refuse to let the beautiful craft of r&b music die.”
The album arrives after Bobby inked a multi-million dollar recording agreement with The SRG-ILS Group/Universal Music Group, curated through his relationship with long-time collaborator, producer Tim Kelley, who is now Head of A&R at SRG-ILS.
In addition to the album, Bobby V will join Ray J, Mario, and Sammie for the upcoming “Ladies Night Out” tour, and that line-up alone should attract a laundry list of fans.
‘Electrik’ follows Bobby’s 2016 album and movie, Hollywood Hearts.
