Motown Records R&B/Soul artist Kevin Ross has a few gifts for us today.
First, he drops off a music video for “Don’t Go,” a fan-favorite from his debut album, The Awakening. The clip is simple as Kevin takes aim at the camera to showcase his breathtaking vocals while a sexy female model quivers in the background.

Second, he reveals the title of his upcoming EP, dubbed ‘Drive,’ set to drop on September 29th.
Kevin’s debut project contained the first single “Long Song Away,” which peaked at the No. 1 position on the Nielsen/BDS and Mediabase Urban Adult radio charts and Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs chart. According to Billboard, the chart-topping feat made Ross the first debut Motown artist to reach No. 1 in the format since 2010.
Winner of an award at ASCAP’s 2016 Rhythm and Soul Music Awards show and a former BET “Music Matters” Artist, Ross was recently a special guest on Ro James’ XIX tour. He has also opened for Maxwell and Ne-Yo. Ross co-wrote Trey Songz’s Platinum-certified single “Touchin, Lovin” feat. Nicki Minaj. A Washington, D.C. native, he attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music and is now based in Los Angeles.
