Keyshia Cole is back, and she isn’t playing!
Last week, she dropped a new single “You” featuring French Montana and Remy Ma, and last night, she’s already hitting the late-night circuit on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to promote and perform the single.
Dressed in all white including large bell bottom pants, the singer belted the song surrounded by background dancers and backed by a live band. To rip her verse, Remy appeared in an all-black ensemble with a black and white fur draped over her shoulder, and French appeared in a long white coat.

She also debuted a new song titled “Incapable” from her forthcoming album as the credits rolled. During the performance, it looks like she had trouble with her earpiece, but she pushed through performing the soulful ballad.
About the album, Cole says she’s laying all her emotions out on the table, everything that’s been pinned up inside after her public divorce from former NBA player Daniel “Boobie” Gibson.
“I feel like I’m just now getting over the fact that my marriage didn’t work,” Cole told Billboard. “I’m healing, however. And I’m not looking for any kind of substitute — another man, or alcohol — to help the healing or mask the pain I’ve been experiencing. I stopped drinking seven months ago, which is purifying my vocals. And there’s been no sex either. I’m trying to put everything into this album,” says Cole. “This is serious music; not something to just throw out there.”
In related news, Cole recently shot the music video for “You” and shared a few snaps with fans. Hit next to check them out.
