Independent R&B artist Brittany B. strips down in the music video for her new single “Nude,” but it’s not to garner attention around her voluptuous figure.
“The vision behind ‘Nude’ was to capture revealing everything to your partner, literally taking away all insecurities, and showing your true self,” Brittany said about the creative vision behind the visual.
In the Alex Demarco-directed clip, the singer/songwriter supports the song’s thought-provoking lyrics about being your true self in all stages of a relationship by dropping her garments on camera. This is not an XXX video though; everything was done tastefully.
“I created the song after I started dating again and realized that we only meet peoples’ representatives a.k.a. what they want us to see,” Brittany added about the record. “We don’t get to see the real them until later, and I just wanted to write about loving yourself and showing the real you no matter what that is.”
