In the course of one day, Chris Brown’s accuser Baylee Curran made her media rounds, speaking first with TMZ, then with Entertainment Tonight, and now with Extra about the alleged incident that happened on Tuesday at Brown’s home, and her story is getting even more elaborate.
Curran told TMZ Brown drew a gun on her for simply admiring some jewelry and told her to get out of his house, so she left. She said she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement after waiting in the driveway for her phone and shoes to be retrieved by one of Brown’s entourage. She said she refused to sign, then “made a run for it.”
Whereas first, her story ended with her leaving the home after refusing to sign an NDA, now she says what followed was nothing short of an action thriller movie.
Curran told Extra that after she had fled the scene, she called the police, then saw a black jeep pull out from Brown’s driveway, and she hid under a car. “I saw a black Jeep come down from Chris’s driveway toward where I was, where the neighbor was. I went underneath the nearest vehicle… there I was, literally crawled underneath the car… hid behind the tires, and the jeep came up to the area of that vehicle, turned around and went back up the driveway,” she told Extra.
The former beauty queen is reportedly wanted in NYC for stealing a Louis Vuitton bag worth $1000 and $200 cash back in 2013. It’s also being reported Curran was stripped of her crown as Miss Regional California 2016 back in June for breaking a moral clause in her contract, and she refuses to give the crown and sash back.
According to the New York Daily News, CEO of the pageant, Lowona Crawford said, “She won in April, but we stripped her of the title in June. She is not Miss Regional California 2016. We have asked her many times to please return the sash and crown, but she has ignored us.” Crawford character also commented that is was Curran’s lack of character that led to her being dethroned. “She knows we are very upstanding … if you can’t be a role model for this organization, you will be dethroned. Let’s just leave it at that,” Crawford said.
