Pokemon Go is getting some concertgoers in trouble!
The popular cell phone game is so addicting, that some Beyonce fans are preoccupied with it during her concerts! One fan posted his frustrations with another fan while at Bey’s concert near Paris. Concertgoer Anand Desai-Barocha filmed a woman in front of him playing Pokemon Go while Beyonce sang on stage in front of them, and they had some of the best seat in the house!
Rihanna must have seen the footage, because ironically enough, Rihanna was also in France at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Lille soon after, and she made sure to tell her fans to put their phones down and enjoy the show. Video shows the singer saying, “I don’t want to see you texting your boyfriends or your girlfriends. I don’t want to see you catching any Pokémons up in this bitch.”
This narrative goes back to last month when Alicia Keys and other artists announced the were going to start using Yondr cases for fans to safely leave their phones outside venue entrances to avoid leaking new material and for fans to enjoy a show more without constantly filming, texting and Tweeting.
