Alicia Keys isn’t the only one who’s embracing her natural beauty and flaws; Alessia Cara champions the same in her new video “Scars to Your Beautiful,” a song about self-love.
The clip features various people of all shapes, sizes, and colors describe their struggles with self-acceptance and talk about how they value the beauty in diversity.
“And you don’t have to change a thing, the world could change its heart,” she sings.
Along with being a part of her debut album Know-It-All, “Scars to Your Beautiful” has been picked up as a part of a campaign for I Am That Girl, a non-profit organization that is designed to empower the self-esteem of young women.
