Singer/songwriter BrownBoi Maj releases his video for debut single “Broke Boi” off his forthcoming EP, Desert Slums.
The comedic video shows just how down-to-earth BrownBoi is as he tries to woo the girl of his dreams with “shallow” pockets. The visual is a play off of Dave Chappelle’s 1998 film “Half Baked.” The video is directed by #CameraLord and was filmed in BrownBoi’s home state of Arizona.
As the newest member of Team Jon Doe, Brown Boi Maj coins his sound as “Slush Sh!t” because it’s hard and smooth at the same time, and just like slush, it’s something you can chill to.
“Desert Slums” will let listeners in on his rags to riches journey. He’s also embarking on a forty-two city tour throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
