Over the weekend, Fantasia and Anthony Hamilton’s tour stopped in Cleveland on Saturday (June 4), and Fantasia’s stay in Northeast Ohio was a special one.
The”American Idol” winner visited a fan who was supposed to make it to her show, but couldn’t due to a medical issue that landed her in the hospital.
Fantasia wrote on Instagram:“Tonight’s show in Cleveland was so special to me. I was able to bless someone who was supposed to come but ended up back in the hospital. God bless you sister and keep fighting.”
The video shows the singer giving her surprised fan hug after hug and some offering some encouraging words.
