We recently discovered R&B singer Ameriie’s has been focusing her attentions on her love of literature and fashion on her Youtube book club page, but today, she’s dropped a new, six-track EP called Drive, solidifying she hasn’t left the music realm.
Drive features rapper Fabolous as the sole guest appearance when on the first track “Every Time,” one of two of the set’s hip-hop leaning tunes (along with “Out Loud”). The rest of the EP the expands on the sound Ameriie is known for; intricate, unique production and unpredictable melodies.
Drive follows her 2009 LP In Love & War.
