When office crushes go right…
Jason Derulo takes it upon himself to approach his attractive coworker in the video for “If It Ain’t Love” (which was the first music video to premiere on musical.ly, a video social network). When the office is empty, the two share chemistry with sensual choreography…it gets steamy!
Co-written by Derulo himself, the song is produced by Ian Kirkpatrick, The Monsters and The Strangerz for a pop song that’s a departure from his previous single “Naked.”
Musical.ly celebrates creativity with videos recorded in 15 seconds or less. The platform has become the ultimate destination for millennials and Gen Z-ers to share, discover and create videos that align with current conversations and trends across social media. Every day, millions of teens use musical.ly as an outlet to express themselves through singing, dancing, comedy and lip-syncing. Users can add filters and edit the speed of their videos before posting directly to musical.ly or sharing across other social channels.
“musical.ly is one of those things that I love personally and has been such a dope way for me to connect with my fans,” said Derulo. “I’m really excited to debut my new music video on musical.ly and can’t wait for people to see it.”
Outside of releasing new music, the multi-talented artist is set to return as a judge on the 13th season of the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance,” alongside Paula Abdul and Nigel Lythgoe. The new season premieres Monday, May 30th on FOX.
