After debuting the sexy, vintage single cover yesterday, Jennifer Lopez drops the single “Ain’t Your Mama.”
The song features the signature tribal production Lopez is known for using, as she goes in with the sass on a deadbeat boyfriend. “I ain’t gon be cooking all day, I ain’t your mama / I ain’t gon do your laundry, I ain’t your mama,” she sings on the hook.
The single will hit iTunes today (April 7), and Lopez will perform “Ain’t Your Mama” on the grand finale of “American Idol” tonight, 8/7c on FOX. Fantasia, Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, and Carrie Underwood are all reported to perform at the series finale.
