After Kiiara and producer Felix Snow uploaded “Gold” to SoundCloud last summer, the brilliant track with finger-click beats, crisply filtered vocals and chopped and screwed melodies has been streamed over 45 million times worldwide. The viral smash was also featured in an Apple Watch ad starring Chloë Sevigny.
Now, Kiiara has finally unveiled the highly anticipated music video for “Gold” (directed by Kiiara herself) which features Kiiara and her crew of interesting characters at a party.
“Gold” is the lead single from Kiiara’s debut EP low-kii savage, which is out now. The EP also features a new track “Hang up tha phone,” which premiered over the weekend with Zane Lowe on Beats 1.
