Following last year’s release of his Unveiled EP, and making a name for himself through his series of sultry cover videos, Columbus, Ohio-bred singer/model Spencer Sutherland drops an original called “I Just Gotta.”
Fusing Pop and R&B elements, Spencer sings of that pesky phone distraction when trying to get close and personal with his boo. “I just gotta get you off your phone / I just gotta get you in the zone,” he sings.
“The song ‘I Just Gotta’ is something I personally have experienced. It’s about trying to get someone away from all the insanity and distractions of a situation, and just be able to hang alone with them,” Sutherland explains.
Along with prepping new music, Sutherland has begun working with brands such as ASOS, Timberland, G-Star, and Bread and Boxers.
