In October, Usher enlisted Bibi Bourelli and rapper Nas for the powerful, interactive video for “Chains,” a no holds-barred look at racial injustice.
Now he’s continuing the message with another power visual with a Part 2, recently released on TIDAL.
“We still in chains…you put the shame on us,” Usher sings as he runs away from the police car that pulls up behind him as he walks down the street wearing a hoodie. The black and white clip also features scenes of the singer as he rides in the backseat of the cop car, and attends his own funeral.
In other Usher news, the singer is prepping an upcoming album titled Flawed.
