Patti-cake, Patti-cake, baker’s man! Bake Walmart a cake as fast as you can!
After the success of Patti LaBelle’s Sweet Potato Patti Pies, it was inevitable that the Grammy Award-winning singer would expand her line of sweets. Walmart and Patti have now come together once again to offer two types of cakes in the “Patti Cakes” collection: you’ll soon be able to sink your teeth into a vanilla pound cake and a caramel cake!
The vanilla pound cake is available now for $6.98 while the caramel cake will make its debut on January 18th for $13.94.
“Who’s ready for #PattiCake? My new vanilla pound cake is making its way to stores! http://www.walmart.com/patti @Walmart,” LaBelle tweeted.
Also, the New York Daily News reports that there are more Patti desserts in the making. There will probably be a gang of reviews popping up online with these new treats, too!
