Last week, we introduced you to twelve of the country’s best DJs, who were finalists in McDonald’s #365FlavorBattle.
Well, you, the voters have spoken, and the top three DJs have been chosen: The finalists are DJ Rhetorik, DJ Soundwave, and Lani Love! All three are headed to the McDonald's Flavor Battle Finale during Global Spin Awards Weekend in NYC on Sunday, November 15th.
DJ Rhetorik is the East Coast winner, and he may have the biggest exposure of his DJ-ing talents as he has performed at festivals all over the world. DJ Soundwave is the west coast winner, and his strength is that he can do it all: baby showers and bar mitzvahs to TV and concert tours. Midwest winner DJ Lani Love is known for her melodic mixes.
Hosted by DJ Clark Kent, the McDonald's Flavor Battle Finale will be where these three finalists will battle to impress a national audience with his or her unique mixing "flavor" for a chance to win $10,000 and to be crowned the Flavor Battle DJ Champion. Determining the winner will be four judges; DJ Shiftee, DJ Skribble, DJ R-Tistic, and DJ Jazzy Joyce.
Two lucky voters will have a chance to win an all-expense paid trip for two to NYC for a VIP experience and attend the Flavor Battle Finale.
