Kindred The Family Soul are readying the release of a collection of their greatest hits titled Family Treasures: Greatest Hits on Hidden Beach Recordings. On November 13th via all digital outlets, you’ll get to enjoy fourteen tracks from your favorite married soul duo.
“Kindred have been the standard bearers for R&B duos for the last decade,” stated Marilyn Batchelor, Chief Brand Officer for Hidden Beach Recordings. “Their steadfast commitment to true soul music and the emotional honesty in their lyrics have made them icons for the African-American family.”
Along with their greatest hits compilation and fresh off the summer-long television and online campaign for Wal-Mart, members Fatin Dantzler and Aja Graydon will set off on a small tour this fall with performances in Atlanta, GA (November 20, at Center Stage Theater), Baltimore, MD (November 28, at Baltimore Soundstage), Oakland, CA (December 4, 2 shows at Yoshi’s Jazz Club), and overseas in England and France in December.
