2015 is shaping up nicely for R&B! Several veteran female singers will be releasing music later this year and we have a few snippets to wet your appetitie.
Alicia Keys recently signed on to be the new brand ambassador for Levi's. Along with rocking the brand, the music fly girl will also use her power of music to extend Levi's reach to females internationally. Keys will appear in a video made for TV and movie theaters as well as digital, which features a song entitled "28,000" (the number of days in an average life) from her coming album. Check out a clip of the song and video commercial below:
Monica is hard at work on her upcoming album, Code Red. Led by the Lil Wayne-assisted buzz single, "Just Right For Me," the veteran R&B singer recently stated that she plans to be fearless and courageous like "in the '90s when I released my first album 'Miss Thang'". Now, fans can preview another new offering from the set called "Ignore The Rules." On the vocal snippet, Monica blesses us with her hypnotic harmony and powerhouse vocals. Check it out!
Kelly Rowland is giving us another musical treat. She first swagged and flexed on the hard-hitting snippet, "No Pressure," and now she's back showing vocal prowess on a ballad. Check out Ms. Kelly "Rollinnnn'" as she delivers the catchy tune.
