Ciara has big plans outside of music, and it seems like it's been coming together for her. Back in May (2015), the multi-talented entertainer was announced as the new face of Roberto Cavalli, but the buck doesn't stop there. Topshop USA has anointed the 29-year-old fashionista the new role of Brand Ambassador.
Owner Sir Philip made the announcement during the Fashion Retail Academy Awards in London on Wednesday (July 8).
"So Cool Hearing Sir Phillip Introduce Me As The New Brand Ambassador For @TopShop #USA!!!!! I’m So Excited!" Ciara confirmed on Instagram.
Ciara recently spoke with TGT about some of her current and future plans including the second U.S. leg of her 'Jackie Tour' as well as the upcoming international leg, shooting a new music video for "Dance Like We’re Making Love," and her plans outside of music.
"I don't wanna do anything that doesn't feel right for me; I like to be organic. These days it's about doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that… I don't wanna be just an artist," she says. "I do wanna do more movies, I do wanna have a clothing line, I'd like to do something with makeup, I really wanna build an empire. Hopefully, I will do it so good that my kids can keep it going on."
I guess we can also expect more kids from Ciara in the future.
Also, catch CiCi performing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the 86th All-Star Game next Tuesday (July 14) at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
