Timbaland’s protégé Tink dropped the visual for her Aaliyah-inspired single “Million,” a take on the late singer’s 1996 hit “One In A Million,” also produced by Timbaland. For this one, Timbo switches up the production while Tink unleashes some new vocals and flows.
The Benny Boom directed-video is full of glitz and glamour (and choreography, which we’re not used to seeing from the Chi-Town native!).
The fact that Timbaland reached into Aaliyah's vault is huge…he really has high regards for Tink’s potential. "I don’t touch Baby Girl’s records—y'all know that’s Aaliyah," Timbaland said during a Fader SXSW showcase this year. "I was riding home one day, asleep. She spoke to me in my sleep and said, 'She's the one.'"
