Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Halley Hiatt covers Erykah Badu's Grammy Award-winning single "On and On" for Rodney Hazard's Victim Volunteer album. In the accompanying music video, Hiatt makes the rendition her own while showcasing her version of New York City's grit.
While the cover was bravely done, footage of 90's hits in the visual is a bit left field.
