For weeks, Bobby Brown stayed at the hospital and rehab bedside of his 22-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina, who’s been in a medically-induced coma since Jan. 31 when she was found unconscious in her bathtub. He has since had to get back on tour with his group New Edition in order to abide by his contracts.
During a Grand Prairie, Texas performance last night (April 18), Bobby told the crowd “Bobbi is awake,” to which the crowd roared. He went on to say, “she’s watching me,” implying she’s not physically awake, rather with him in spirit.
Days ago, reports surfaced that the Houston side of BK’s family were accepting of the possibility she may never wake up, while Bobby remained hesitant about removing her from life support. OK! Magazine reported that "Bobby is willing to spend a lot of money to save his daughter's life," but with his statement last night, Brown may now be more willing to let go.
