Kelly Rowland and Rapper Nelly Team For Hit, 'Dilemma'
Kelly Rowland and rapper Nelly recorded the Grammy award winning song in 2002 for his second album, Nellyville. "Dilemma" topped the charts and received many accolades and awards that year. On the record, Nelly sampled Patti Labelle's song, "Love, Need and Want You" and wanted a female vocalist to be on the song, and he thought of Kelly. "Dilemma" signified a huge accomplishment for Kelly because this was her first number one record with another artist outside of Destiny's Child.
